Recommendation from our stylists:
- 10 - 20 strands for color effects and highlights
- 20 - 40 strands for volume (hair thickening)
- 40 - 60 strands for a complete hair extension
For the following treatments, we advise caution when attaching the tapes:
- Keratin treatment
- Oil treatments (e.g., argan oil, coconut oil, etc.)
- Hair conditioner
These can affect the retention of your tape-in extensions. We, therefore, recommend that you wash your hair thoroughly before applying the tapes, and the hair should be completely dry.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
WRONG COLOR/WRONG PRODUCT
If you received a different hair color or a wrong product, you can send it back unopened. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back opened products. Therefore, always check before opening the product whether you can detect any visible defects and send it back to us as soon as possible so that we can replace the product for you.
Simply fill out the following form below and send it back to us together with the goods that are to be exchanged. You will receive the exchanged goods within 1 to 3 business days. The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will refund the return costs.

Invoice: If you are paying by invoice, the incorrect item will be taken off the invoice list.

Advance payment: If you have paid in advance, please write your bank account details on the return form.
In case there are any complaints, the goods must be returned to us together with a detailed description of the defects. The return requires the prior consent of Rubin of Switzerland AG. The product is then analyzed and checked for defects. This process can take up to 2 weeks. As soon as a decision regarding the product has been made, we will contact you. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
