WRONG COLOR/WRONG PRODUCT
If you received a different hair color or a wrong product, you can send it back unopened. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back opened products. Therefore, always check before opening the product whether you can detect any visible defects and send it back to us as soon as possible so that we can replace the product for you.

The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will refund the return costs.
