Rubin Extensions Hair Shampoo - Caring for your hair extensions
We developed our Rubin Shampoo especially for our high-quality human hair extensions. This specialty shampoo moisturises your hair and your extensions without weighing your hair down or leaving any product residues.
Hydrolyzed wheat protein, apricot fruit extract and precious silk protein nourish your hair extensions and keep them looking healthy and shiny. We purposefully have not added any oils or sodium lauryl ether sulphate to our shampoo made for extensions.
Our specialty shampoo for hair extensions gently cleanses each strand while nourishing it at the same time. The natural pH-value of the scalp and of the hair is kept while washing the hair with this shampoo. That way, the natural balance will not be disturbed and the hair will keep its healthy, silky shine. It works most effectively in conjunction with the best conditioner for hair extensions.

The goods are usually in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours during regular working days (Monday-Friday) upon receipt of the order or receipt of your payment.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
WRONG COLOR/WRONG PRODUCT
If you received a different hair color or a wrong product, you can send it back unopened. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back opened products. Therefore, always check before opening the product whether you can detect any visible defects and send it back to us as soon as possible so that we can replace the product for you.
Simply fill out the following form below and send it back to us together with the goods that are to be exchanged. You will receive the exchanged goods within 1 to 3 business days. The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will refund the return costs.

- send the completed form together with the goods back to us. The package must include all of the unopened goods.
Making use of the return form is optional. However, it helps us process your returns more quickly and correctly.
REFUNDS
Invoice: If you are paying by invoice, the incorrect item will be taken off the invoice list.
Credit card: If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account that is connected to your credit card.
Advance payment: If you have paid in advance, please write your bank account details on the return form.
COMPLAINTS
In case there are any complaints, the goods must be returned to us together with a detailed description of the defects. The return requires the prior consent of Rubin of Switzerland AG. The product is then analyzed and checked for defects. This process can take up to 2 weeks. As soon as a decision regarding the product has been made, we will contact you. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
