How do I attach the keratin bond extensions?
Bond extensions are attached directly to a strand of your own hair with an adhesive. That is why you can change your whole look just as easily as you can add just a few highlights. They will stay in your hair day and night for as long as you want.

Our stylists recommends:
- for smart-looking highlights: from just a few bonded strands to up to 2 sets
- for for volume: about 1-3 sets
- for add length to a full head of hair: 3-6 sets
To achieve a natural look, you can also mix different colors.

How to take care of your bond extension?
Our Russian human hair extensions need special care with the right pH value and mild nourishing ingredients so that they stay in place and keep that wonderfully silky and shiny look for a long time. That is why we created our exclusive Rubin Extensions care products made especially for human hair extensions. You will not have any problems styling your hair with our soft extensions hairbrush.
The goods are usually in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours during regular working days (Monday-Friday) upon receipt of the order or receipt of your payment.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
WRONG COLOR/WRONG PRODUCT
If you received a different hair color or a wrong product, you can send it back unopened. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back opened products. Therefore, always check before opening the product whether you can detect any visible defects and send it back to us as soon as possible so that we can replace the product for you.
Simply fill out the following form below and send it back to us together with the goods that are to be exchanged. You will receive the exchanged goods within 1 to 3 business days. The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will refund the return costs.

- send the completed form together with the goods back to us. The package must include all of the unopened goods.
Making use of the return form is optional. However, it helps us process your returns more quickly and correctly.
REFUNDS
Invoice: If you are paying by invoice, the incorrect item will be taken off the invoice list.
Credit card: If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account that is connected to your credit card.
Advance payment: If you have paid in advance, please write your bank account details on the return form.
COMPLAINTS
In case there are any complaints, the goods must be returned to us together with a detailed description of the defects. The return requires the prior consent of Rubin of Switzerland AG. The product is then analyzed and checked for defects. This process can take up to 2 weeks. As soon as a decision regarding the product has been made, we will contact you. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
